I feel like we really got taken when we bought our house. It is full of mold, and our neighbors say the previous owners knew it. What kind of money damages are available if my family and I file a lawsuit against the people who sold us a house with an undisclosed mold problem?
Your possible claims would be for personal injuries, diminution in property value, medical bills, mental anguish, lost wages, ... is affected by mold.
