Providing Employment for The Blind & Deaf

What makes these employees so unique is that they're either partially or completely blind, some even deaf. They work at Lions Industries for the Blind in Kinston. The plant's 62 employees have mastered work on sewing and embroidery machines. A few of the plant's current employee's have been working there since shortly after it opened in 1971.
