Cleaning your fabric / cloth car seats is just as easy as your floor mats or carpet. You simply spray any sort of fabric or upholstery cleaner, scrub a little, and use the hot water to rinse and extract the dirt.
You may have to repeat that process a few times or use special cleaners for difficult stains (such as pet urine, blood, etc) -- but it's all the same technique.
